Unless specified otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, suitable for resale. We recommend using a shipping service with insurance coverage for returns, as the product remains your responsibility until we receive and sign for it. Defective Products While we thoroughly inspect every product before shipping, occasional oversights may occur. This section outlines the criteria for determining if a product qualifies as defective. If your product is deemed eligible for an exchange, please refer to the “Process” section below for further instructions. For services, we may provide the service again or reimburse the cost of having the service performed again. For goods, we may offer repair, replacement, or the provision of equivalent goods. Applicable Law Any purchase agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Malaysia and all parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Orders and Payments All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Not all items are ready stock.
